The name derives from δίκη (Dike).

Justice as an objective and measurable balance between a subject’s actions and the system’s stability. Power is not held by people, parties, or elites. Power is held by the function of justice itself, formalized through open and immutable algorithms, public metrics, and transparent data.

Most systems fail when they lose connection to reality. They stop responding to measurable conditions and start operating through ideology, inertia, and opaque power. Dikenocracy is an attempt to reconnect governance to verifiable conditions.

Reality is measured first.
Decisions start from verified physical data. The base layer defines how reality is captured and checked.
Then the rule applies.
Rules are formal and testable, so accountability becomes a consequence rather than a political choice.
Every rule is public.
Every protocol is public, dated and auditable. Changes follow a defined upgrade procedure.
No one holds unchecked power.
Power is held by the function of justice — open algorithms, public metrics and data — not by people, parties or elites.

W(t): Global welfare + biosphere health (in arbitrary utility units)
E(t): Total egoistic activity of all agents
T(t): Rate of technological expansion (logarithm of available energy and compute)
B(t): Biosphere Health Index (0...1, measured by Physical Truth Layer)
k = 0.94...1.06: Calibrated every 3 years by independent audit
B_{_min} = 0.68: Hard threshold; if B(t) < B_{_min}, all Kill Switches activate simultaneously.
